Pets that have excessive shedding or undercoat will be charged an additional-

Varies based on: severity of mats, tolerance of removal, and how long it takes to safely and humanely remove them. If the coat is too tangled it may require a shave down to remove the mats, alleviate any pain, and prevent damage to the skin
